Booking a New Patient Appointment

At Compass Immunology Clinic, we aim to make the appointment process as simple and supportive as possible.

Seeing a Specialist Physician – Clinical Immunologist and Allergist

To see one of our Immunologists, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Obtain a referral from your GP or Specialist
A valid referral is required to access Medicare rebates and ensure appropriate triage for your condition.
  2. Complete our New Patient Form and upload your referral
You can do this through our New Patient Registration Form, where you’ll also be able to upload your referral.
  3. We will contact you to schedule your appointment
Once reviewed, our team will get in touch to book your consultation with the most appropriate clinician.

Please note: Due to significant demand for our services, there may be a delay in securing an appointment. We appreciate your patience during this time and assure you that our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Seeing a GP Allergist, Dietitian or Nurse Practitioner (No Referral Required)

If you’re booking with one of our GP Allergists, Dietitian or Nurse Practitioner, no referral is required. These clinicians can assist with a wide range of common allergic conditions.

To book directly, please use our Online Booking Tool to the left.

Book a Review Appointment

Existing patients who need a follow-up consultation or ongoing management appointment can use our Online Booking Tool (Immunologist, GP Allergists, Dietitian and Nurse Practitioner) to select a location and an appropriate review time with their clinician.

If you’re unsure which appointment type to select, or it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, please email reception@compass.clinic and we will assist with rebooking or confirming if a new referral is needed.
